Our Return Policy

At Tiger and Colts Pet Supplies, your satisfaction (and your pup's!) is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or partially used treats and food items (for safety reasons)
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Items marked as final sale

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at sales@tigerandcoltspetsupplies.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We'll respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

If you received a damaged or defective item, we'll gladly send a replacement at no extra cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.).
